We are a NABH-accredited specialty centre for women's health and neonatal care based in Lucknow, and this policy sets out how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile app (the "App"). • Medical history, when you choose to share it for bookings or consultations

We only collect health information with your explicit consent — for example, when you book an appointment or share details ahead of a consultation. This information is never shared without your permission.

• To provide services, such as booking appointments and sending reminders
• To improve the App through usage analytics and feature development
• To communicate updates or health tips, which you can opt out of at any time
• To meet legal obligations, including reporting to health authorities where required

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers, such as payment gateways and cloud hosting partners, who operate under strict confidentiality agreements
• With doctors and clinical staff directly involved in your care
• When required by law or a valid legal process
• In the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to you

We protect your data using encryption (including SSL), firewalls, and access controls designed to limit who can view your information.

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We retain your data for as long as it's needed to provide our services or to meet legal requirements — for example, medical records are typically retained for 7 years. Once this period ends, data is securely deleted.

Your data is stored within India. Any transfer of data across borders, should it occur, will be carried out in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or by email, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
